A. ORDERING

How do I place my order?
Step 1:Click on the Category of your choice.
Step 2: Click on SHOP NOW.

Can I buy multiple products in a single order?
Yes. Just add all the products you wish to buy into your shopping bag and then complete your order. This way, you can save on any additional shipping as free shipping is available on the Purchase of INR 500 and above!
Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?
Yes. You can do this by filling in your address as the 'Billing address' and the address you wish to ship it to as the 'Shipping address'.
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
For all Orders, once you place your order, You will receive the Confirmation Message on the Screen, and You will receive the E-mail confirmation as well.
Do I have to have an account to place an order?
No, you can continue as a guest, but if you make an account on our website to make your shopping experience swift and simple, And you can enjoy rating and reviewing our products as per your experience, you can also check your previous orders that are pending and also be able to cancel and refund if you may want so.
Why was my order payment rejected?
Currently, We only accept Indian credit cards (MasterCard/Visa), Amex Cards Issued in India, Singapore & United Kingdom (Safe Key Enabled), All Net Banking, All Debit Cards, Cash Cards & Mobile Payments options. Diners Cards are not accepted.
I forgot my password; what can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can request your password to be sent to the email address you have previously registered with us by clicking the Forgot Password link. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address and a temporary password will be sent to you. We strongly recommend that you change this at your earliest convenience.
Can the product be ordered internationally?
Unfortunately, products are sold only in India.
Is GST (Goods & Services Tax) included?
Yes, all prices shown are GST inclusive

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available on Orders?
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for Jindal Herbals website.
How can I use a Gift Voucher/Promotional code on my order?
When you have clicked on the 'Checkout' button, you will be directed to a section where you can enter your Gift Voucher/Promotional code. Upon entering the code, the valid amount/offer will automatically be applied to your order. You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using your chosen form of payment.

B. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES

How does the delivery process work?
All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company's website.
What is the range of locations to which we ship our products?
We ship products throughout India, and all orders of Rs 500 and above qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 80 if your total order value is less Rs. 500. For International Orders: Unfortunately, products are sold only in India.
How Can I track my order?
We dispatch most orders within 24 hours (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays). You can track your order from your Account section to get an update on where your order is. For your convenience, there is a Track Your Order tab, which allows you to see the exact status of your order in real-time.
How are items packaged at Jindal Herbals?
Each product in your order is first bubble wrapped and then placed in a sturdy carton. The box is then taped and prepared for shipping. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap.

C. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES

What is your Online Return Policy?
We believe strongly in our products and their quality and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are disappointed in any way, we would like to know, please see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellations are allowed upon request without asking any question with a refund of the full amount paid by the customer only if the product is not shipped from our warehouse. Please contact our Customer Care team immediately at +91-80-23717777 or email us at contact@jindalherbals.com to assist you in the cancellation of the order.
How will I get a refund for my canceled orders, and how long will this process take?
Return/ Replacement request for any Order should be submitted within 3 days of receiving the Product. List Refund or Replacement will be initiated only upon receiving the product. Refund Claim - Payment will be refunded within 10 working days upon receipt of the products
What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged order?
While we try our best to fulfill your orders correctly and in the best manner possible, for any complaints with regards to your order, please contact Customer Care within 3 days of your order delivery for resolution.

D. AUTHENTICITY AND GENUINENESS

What measures does we take to ensure the quality of Birla Ayurveda products?
We at Birla Ayurveda are fully dedicated to our customers' satisfaction. Rest assured that Birla Ayurveda products available on our website are 100% genuine and authentic.
What measures does Birla Ayurveda take to ensure the products are not damaged during delivery?
We at Birla Ayurveda maintain a very high level of quality control and till date, we receive minimal complaints about the quality of our packaging. Furthermore, less than 1% of our products we ship in a year are returned to us as damaged. To ensure your products remain undamaged during the shipping process, we package our products in bubble wrap and then in sturdy boxes.
Do the storage systems ensure that the quality of the products is intact?
All of our inventory is kept in our own warehouse. We store, manage and ship our products to you, no matter where you are, with the utmost care and efficiency.

E. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What do I need to know about my order delivery?
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. We highly recommend that you take your order delivery yourself as Kama Ayurveda takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
