Helpful Measures To Induce Good Sleep And Prevent Insomnia:-
  1. Abhyanga daily
  2. Padabhyanga
  3. Avoid excessive intake of tea, coffee, especially at night
  4. Listening to pleasant music at night
  5. Warm milk intake before sleep
  6. Early dinner
  7. Avoid screen lights like mobile, tv, etc.
  8. Meditation and pranayam.
