The recipe is non-greasy and very light. Camphor has a moderate scent, so you may massage it and leave the house smelling like a box of camphor. I believe this is a trustworthy product, and long-term use will help with muscle cramping and other issues.
I use it for my mother and would recommend it to others. I tried Kerala Ayurveda karpoor tailam but no use, it is total waste of money
