1. Take steam

Tulsi is one of the best antiviral herbs and works wonders for sore throats, colds, and coughs. Make a kadha by boiling 4-5 Tulsi leaves in a glass of water. And consume it. You can also add honey and ginger to the kadha for extra benefits.
