Ayurvedic Remedies for Cough

Ayurvedic remedies for cough

Long Pepper, Ginger & Tulsi

To make this cough remedy at home, combine 10 grammes of long pepper, dried ginger, and holy basil leaves. Grind in 4-6 small cardamoms to make a fine powder. Coughs are relieved by mixing this powder with equal parts honey.

Ginger, Betel Leaves & Honey

1 tsp ginger juice is required to make this ayurvedic remedy for cough. 1 tablespoon honey Betel leaves are the third ingredient needed. Pound the betel leaves and extract the juice. Mix in 1 teaspoon betel leaf juice to the previous mixture. A potent home remedy for cough is now available. You should drink it with 1 teaspoon of lukewarm water. You should take it three times per day. Don’t eat anything for 30 minutes.

Black Pepper, Turmeric, Milk & Honey

You will need the following ingredients to make this cough remedy: Honey, pepper powder, turmeric powder, and milk Pour yourself a glass of hot milk. 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, turmeric powder, and honey For the best results, mix it thoroughly and drink it twice a day.

Onion and Honey

Chop an onion, extract the juice, and combine it with honey. Allow this mixture to sit for about five hours before using it as a cough syrup twice a day. Onion acts as a decongestant and relieves congestion in the airways. This is one of the most effective Ayurvedic remedies for cough.

Ginger and Honey

Take a piece of fresh ginger, grate it, and squeeze out the juice. Add about 2 teaspoons of ginger juice and 2 1/2 teaspoons of honey. Mix thoroughly. Warm the mixture just a little. Allow it to warm for less than a minute before using it three to four times per day to treat your wet cough. Cough home remedies with ginger honey may take some time to work. Please be patient.
