Pitta Dosha is a combination of fire and water elements that govern our digestion and hunger. Our skin, emotions, and mental health are all impacted by the Pitta Dosha, a fundamental physical flaw. Pitta-type individuals are very perceptive, intelligent, and academically motivated. When inflamed, Pitta can make us irritable and prone to inflammation, ulcers, and heartburn. Pitta Dosha imbalance is a prevalent issue that can make you feel physically ill. However, not everyone is aware of this, and many individuals frequently wonder how to balance the Pitta Dosha in the body.
There are five types of every Dosha. The Pitta five types and their functions are as follows:
- Ranjaka Pitta- is in charge of the liver, spleen, stomach, and heart’s circulation as well as the production of plasma and blood cells.
