Hair Fall

Hair fall is a common problem faced by all mankind. Due to various factors, hair fall can occur.

Hair fall is a natural process and each day a certain amount of hair falls off and new hair strands grow in place of lost hair. In some cases, the hair follicles may get weak and this prevents the growth of new hair strands.

In the long run, the hair becomes thin and weak causing major hair fall problems. Early hair loss is connected to body type and the imbalance of the body doshas.

Identifying the root cause of hair fall and treating the cause completely and removing the imbalance of mind and body. The treatment plan includes pacifying Pitta and Vata doshas through the combination of herbal medicines, oils, massage, and a customized diet plan, and few lifestyle modifications. A special combination of herbs is used to produce hair growth-promoting oils and hair packs that stimulate the hair follicles to grow new hair, cleanse and cools the scalp and remove the impurities from the scalp. Along with the treatment plan, yoga is also instructed to improve the blood circulation in the scalp and to balance the body system.

In Ayurveda, hair and nail are direct byproducts of bone tissue. If there is derangement in bone tissue, hair loss occurs. Shirodhara: Good for nourishing the hair roots by improving the blood flow and active nerve functions

Shiro Abhyanga: Massage over the scalp with customized oils will help to reduce the dryness and also improves the blood circulation to the scalp for nourishment

Shirolepa: Application of suitable herbal pastes over the head will nourish the scalp as well as gives strength to the hair roots

Nasyam: Installation of drops of suitable fresh herbal juices or oils into the nostrils is the best therapy for stimulating the nervous system and blood supply, thereby correcting the imbalance of doshas

Hair cleansers: Some of the natural hair cleansers like Shikkakai, Aloe vera, Hibiscus, Amla, Besan, Triphala, Methi, Neem, etc are very effective when it is used as per the condition after proper assessment

Herbs like Brahmi, Bhrungraj, Kumari, Aswagandha & Japa are also very much effective and are used in different forms

Balanced diet: A wholesome diet, rich in essential vitamins and minerals plays a crucial role in hair growth

Balanced Regimen: Follow proper sleep timings and cope with stressful situations by regular practice of Yoga, Pranayama, and meditation
