Stress Relief Therapy

Stress Relief Therapy aka Ayushman Therapy is a newly introduced therapy by Birla Ayurveda. It comprises 3 different therapies especially curated by our skilled and professional doctors – Abhyangam, Potli, and Mukh Lepam.

Abhyanga, an ancient Ayurvedic practice, is a profound therapy for stress relief. In this full-body massage, warm herbal oils are gently applied, creating a therapeutic experience that harmonizes the body and mind. The rhythmic strokes not only relax muscles but also stimulate circulation, calming the nervous system. Abhyanga promotes a profound sense of well-being, reduces stress hormones, and induces deep relaxation. Beyond physical benefits, the soothing touch and aroma of the oils nourish the senses, fostering a tranquil state of mind. Regular Abhyanga sessions serve as a rejuvenating ritual, promoting mental peace and resilience against the demands of daily life.

Potli, a traditional Ayurvedic therapy, involves heated herbal pouches massaged onto the body. Filled with aromatic herbs, these pouches release therapeutic oils, easing tension and stress. The warmth enhances blood circulation, relaxing muscles and calming the nervous system. Potli therapy not only soothes the body but also promotes mental tranquillity, making it an effective and holistic approach to stress relief. The combination of heat, herbs, and massage creates a rejuvenating experience that nurtures both physical and emotional well-being.

Mukh lepam, an Ayurvedic face mask, blends herbs and natural ingredients to offer stress relief. Applied to the face, it nourishes the skin while calming the mind. The therapeutic properties of the ingredients promote relaxation, providing a rejuvenating experience. This ancient practice contributes to both skincare and stress reduction, fostering a sense of tranquillity.
